The Special North-Central Legislative District Convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington. The sole purpose of this convention is to elect one International Vice President to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of John Westmoreland. Registration will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington beginning on Friday, February 28th, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and continuing Saturday, February 29th, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at which time registration officially closes. 

Rooms will be available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington at a rate of $109 plus any additional taxes, for a single/double room.
