Jo Musel Parr
Jo became a member of AFSCME Council 65 as a County Social Worker in 1996. She held several leadership positions in her locals until May 2007, when she joined AFSCME Council 65 as a Labor Representative for the East Central area of the state of Minnesota. In July, 2016, she became your Organizing Director, and in September of 2020 became the Field and Organizing Services Director. Jo is proud to help unorganized members in Minnesota, North and South Dakota join AFSCME Council 65!
