Our resource library has materials to help you and your Local be successful.

Officer resources include handbooks, forms, training materials, and information to assist officers of your Local and Chapter in completing the constitutional duties of their office. Items included in the resources for stewards are meant to assist in handling grievance issues your Union may have. Under resources, you will also find current contracts for the Locals and Chapters represented by AFSCME Council 65 throughout Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.
