AFSCME Council 65 mourns the loss of Hallie Marie Tobler, a devoted public servant, beloved daughter, and treasured friend, who was tragically taken from us at just 22 years of age. Hallie served her community through her work in IT for the City of St. Cloud, where she supported the people and systems that help local government run smoothly. As a member of AFSCME Local 748-16, she stood with her union family, contributing her skills and her heart to public service and the well-being of her coworkers and neighbors.

Her loss is felt deeply by her family, including her parents and the countless colleagues and friends who knew her warmth and laughter. In this moment of profound sorrow, we hold Hallie’s memory close, honoring her spirit and the meaningful work she did each day.

As we grieve, we also stand with Hallie’s family and community, remembering her not for the way she left us, but for the grace, dedication, and service with which she lived. May her legacy inspire kindness, unity, and support for those striving to make our communities better places to live and to work.
