Steward Training - Spring Grove

All AFSCME members are invited to this FREE training. Current and future officers as well as new employees/members are encouraged to attend. This information will be applicable to all AFSCME members. Topics covered include knowing your contract and the grievance process. We will have several bargaining units represented, so please bring a copy of your own contract.

The AFSCME steward is responsible for energizing and mobilizing the the union's membership. The steward is often the one union representative members see when they are at work. In the eyes of most members, the steward is AFSCME. So, if they have faith in their steward, they will have faith in our union!
